Q:) What is a listing office commission?
A:) The listing office commission is the fee you pay to the Realtor who lists your home. This Realtor represents you in the sale of your home and markets your home to other Realtors and their buyers, as well as to the public in general. I offer three commission structures, 2%, 2.5% or 3%
Q:)What is a selling office commission?
A:) The selling office commission is the fee paid to the real estate agent who brings the buyer for your home. If you are a buyer, it is the fee your Realtor gets paid when they represent you in the purchase of your new home. I offer three commission structures, 2%, 2.5% or 3%
Q:) Do I need an Real Estate Agent?
A:) Yes!!! Purchasing or selling a home can be a complicated process. It is a legal transaction that requires a knowledgable guide. Your Realtor will help you through each step of the process.
If you are selling a home, your Realtor will help you determine the best price for your home, be available to answer questions from other Realtors and potential buyers, market your home to potential buyers, and represent you in the purchase and sale negotiations. If you are buying a home, your Realtor will help you find the perfect house. They will represent you in the purchase negotiations and help you throughout each step of the process through closing.
